I provide a range of bookkeeping and notary services, including, but not limited to, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, basic financial reporting, payroll processing, tax preparation assistance, and general notary public services. What is your pricing structure?
My pricing varies depending on the services required and the complexity of the work. I offer hourly, daily, monthly, tailored bundles and project-based rates. I'm happy to provide a free consultation
What are your hours of operation?
My bookkeeping and notary services are delivered with flexibility in mind. I work from my home office in Gadsden, AL, I offer remote bookkeeping and mobile notary, and can also provide on-site bookkeeping or in-person notary at agreed locations. I am generally available to clients Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What accounting software do you work with?
I primarily work with QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting software. Software choice can depend on your needs and service plans available. Importantly, I can adapt to your existing software if preferred and assist with migrating to QuickBooks or Xero if you wish to switch.

For clients using QuickBooks Online or Xero, I can leverage their built-in document sharing features, which is an efficient and secure exchange. We can discuss the best method for you and your chosen software during our initial consultation.
How often will I receive financial reports?
The frequency of reports can be customized to your needs. We can discuss a reporting schedule that works best for you, whether it's weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.

What types of documents can you notarize?
My notary services are available throughout Etowah County. I can notarize a wide variety of documents, including but not limited to, affidavits, deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, acknowledgments, oaths, affirmations, and signature witnessing. Please contact me to confirm if I can notarize your specific document.
What do I need to bring to a notarization appointment?
You will need to bring the unsigned document, a valid government-issued photo ID, and any other required documentation. I will provide specific instructions when you schedule your appointment.
Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes, absolutely! I provide a full range of notary services, including in-person notarizations at agreed locations, online notarizations for remote convenience, and mobile notary services where I travel to your location within Etowah County.
What is the cost of your notary services?
